Vodacom, worst service provider EVER!

Absolutely the worst service ever! First we take a contract that has a voucher attached to it as a sales gimmick. Then when we ask where the voucher is, they say end of the month, which was end of September. Then end of September STILL NO VOUCHER and they say end of October. By then my blood was boiling! Then end of October we had a huge fight where they said end of November. This was promised. Now we receive the link for the voucher and low and behold, NO STOCK for PnP vouchers. FYI the only vouchers you can choose from is Takealot and PnP. ***! Absolutely shocking and horrible service from Vodacom. What a **** service provider! You, Vodacom, must seriously up your game and start providing what you promise! I will never ever recommend Vodacom to anyone! Ever! And this after 15+ years with Vodacom! Horrible, horrible, horrible service! When you sell contracts that has extras attached to it like vouchers, best you make sure you can meet your end of the bargain and not make excuses for MONTHS on end as to why a customer has not received the voucher as per contract agreement!
