Vodacom = worst service provider ever

Please avoid using Vodacom as your fibre service provider. It does not work and they couldn't care less about it. They are quite happy to take your money and charge you all remaining payments on a 24 month contract as a cancellation fee. I guess they haven't heard of the Consumer protection Act. I have tried everything to resolve my issues; calls, emails, service requests on the app, you name it... but nothing. I am just being completely ignored. But I'm paying R850 per month for a service that I'm not getting. You can bet their collections process is 100% efficient.
