Vodacom worst service provider ever!!!!!!!!!

I have had numerous issues, with the same problem from day one, did a upgrade at vodacom got new phone, and has been sent in 4 - 5 times for the screen, still under warrenty, but they want me to pay for the repair, they keep having excuses not to fix the phone, and strangly enough the repair costs just get less and less, this is utter bull****, where is the customer service???
