Vodacom worst service provider

Vodacom is the worst service provider in UPINGTON. I moved both my work and home to Vodacom network spending thousands of rans each month only to only occasionally have signal. This was even after they tested that we will have sufficient signal. All answers is just putting the blame on something else with no real answers. Why do you sell a product with so many empty promises. Sending people from Bloemfontein to check and it's 2 days and we are without signal again. Why must we pay for a month's WiFi to only have maybe around 6 days. I'm totally fed up with them
