VODACOM, worst SERVICE provider

This might be the worst service I have ever encountered, you can't get through to a consultant, you have to go through a recorded system (press1, press 2, press 5) how irritating and still no one picks up, no updates received and also no one reply's to e-mails.

BEST is skip next and go to another supplier, they clearly are content with the customers they have
