Vodacom - Worst service provider

<p>I have been phoning Vodacom for the past 3days asking for an invoice. Every time I phone I'm promised that they will email me the latest invoice. I'm not quite sure what has changed because they have always emailed the invoice. My last phone call was this morning when a consultant told me no one at Vodacom can assist me. I have been a customer for 8years and can't understand why no one is willing to assist.</p>
