VODACOM - WORST SERVICE PROVIDER

A month ago i logged a query for resolution with Vodacom, till today, no one has even provided an solution. I phone & constantly email but no one seems to care about the service they provide to respond. I canceled my account last year and they deducted new monies with an apparent new contract that i never agreed to. Even after lodging an complaint with the Ombud and informing them thereoff they could not care less of their reputation. THE SERVICE IS PATHETIC. I have never before even imagined the level of such service was even possible. I am advising anyone not to use any service, be it internet or cellphone from Vodacom. Their competitor Cell C is buying out contracts and they will lose even more just to client service.
