Vodacom worst service from agent
Called Vodacom to enquire about why my Vodacom contract has not been cancelled since October, spoke to the rude agent who told me i never cancelled with her i spoke to someone else so I must ask what happened and then just transferred my call back to the que after I asked if I was not speaking to Vodacom. This is the last time I will take a contract with Vodacom , if this is the type of service you receive as a client with 2 contracts for so many years !!! Im in disbelief at how rude an agent can be to a client !!!

11 Jan 2022, 11:34Good day. Thank you for the credits but I would also like to know what action has been taken against the rude agent I spoke to. They are our first point of contact with Vadacom and this type of service will make us move somewhere else. I don't expect this kind of service as a valued client.
