VODACOM WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

Vodacom have the WORST SERVICE I have ever seen!!!! Vodacom upgraded the wrong number on my account. I have sent the phone back and making calls and sending e-mails, been to Vodacom stores ect. ongoing for 2 months now. They are charging me money for an upgrade I did not do and reported to them several times. Every Vodacom agent tell me they will report it and sort it out, but nothing. Vodacom is costing me money and I feel it if ***** to charge me for a contract and phone I did not ask for. This is just 1 of the cases I’m struggling with at Vodacom. WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT DESERVE 1 STAR
