Vodacom Worst Service Ever

Unacceptable, had a complaint on here Monday, Vodacom contacted my husband and AGAIN promised that someone from confirmations department will phone him(for an order placed Monday the 21st), guess what happend, we are still waiting, I contacted Vodacom Tuesday and was promised the matter has been sent directly to the manager in Confirmations, again no confirmation. How can one order be messed up this badly, online it states next day delivery!!!!! Confirmations dept do confirmations on a daily basis, what prevents them from just phoning us!!!! And currently our hands are tied we are just waiting, no explanations nothing. I will never recommend Vodacom to anyone, in the meantime we will wait. My husband cant sit on the phone the whole day phoning after Vodacom, the service is pathetic, really having our doubts. And whoever replies here check your reply from Monday aswell, because like I said NOTHING happend
