Vodacom - worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been trying to obtain a Vodacom and both head office regarding a contract I am trying to take out. I am being given the total round around and Vodacom are not prepared to help me any further. On the last message on Hellopeter, Vodacom said I consultant would contact me shortly but still waiting for someone to contact me. So that again shows that Vodacom are not interested in helping me.

I do not want to speak to customer service as they are useless in helping. I am wanting a manager to phone me to resolve this issue as soon as possible
