Vodacom - worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am currently getting the worst worst service from Vodacom. I am trying to take out a basic, cheap contract with not a fancy phone and customer service response (exceeded more than one line). Which I have no idea what it means and I do not get any further explanations re this. The only contract I have with Vodacom which I took out last year was a contract for a laptop. Vodacom are very happy to deduct R510 each month from my bank account but will not give me a cellphone contract for R150!!!! Customer service is not interested in letting me speak to a manager or even escalating the problem. Obviously Vodacom are not interested in giving a contract to someone which is cheap. They only want business for contracts over R500.
