Vodacom Worst Service

VODACOM - Worst service ever - Avoid as far as possible. I recently upgraded my number online and I upgraded to a phone with an accessory. The phone was received, but not the accessory. Now they say that the accessory was never included in this deal - pathetic. You can talk anyone, no one is willing to assist. Some consultant actually confirmed that it was in the recording, but the recording can't be sent to me. Absolutely terrible. Struggling for about two weeks now.
