Vodacom worst service

Worst service ever I have over 30 emails with them. Paid my contract in full then only to find out I still owed them one payment. After 6 months I made that payment as they wanted and still has not been fixed where I was told that was the full amount owed. When asked why the person gave wrong information I could not be answered at all. I would not recommend them they are not professional and nobody ever replies
