VODACOM WORST SERVICE AND DON'T CARE

VERY UNHAPPY WITH VODACOMS SERVICE!!! i have 7 contacts with them and been with them for how many years im always a good payer with lockdown i phone in to make a arrangement with payment they asked me what i can pay i pay the amount and the following month i phoned to make a arrangement they didnt want to except it i phoned again for a relief plan and to stop the accounts and put me ons pay as you go but relief never kided in and im still waiting to be put on pay as you go but nothing 4 months now one of the vodacom shops called me to come upgrade 4 phones of my cause of vodacoms bad service the never run the relief plan now my bill is skyehigh and al my phones are suspended I know of few clients who also wanna upgrade but they are also suspended now I feel sorry for vodacoms sales people how do the get sales and payment if everyone can't upgrade or leave the service provider the head office dont care and don't want to help and very rude worst service ever going to leave this network (must thank Percy from chatzworth in Lakeside mall for his great service he did everything to try and help me
