Vodacom worst service

Worst service I cancelled a voice contract in 4 July 2023 It's now 3 months later and it has still not been cancelled. I followed up each month and every time get some BS excuse as to why it still not cancelled . It seems like vodacom keep dragging it out so that they can rip u You off some more each month Another cancellation was logged a gain on 5 September
