Vodacom - worst service

<p>I have been trying for over a week to get someone from Vodacom to assist me with a query on my invoice. I have spoken to so many call angents and none of them can assist me. This has apparently been escalated but I still have not had any feedback. When Vodacom wants money they call instantly but the moment you need them to adjust their invoices they can never help or call back. </p> <p>I am apauled by the lack of service from Vodacom and I wish i was with another service provider. </p>
