Vodacom - Worst provider in SA
Vodacom seems to be the only network in South Africa experiencing "Load Shedding". We have had load-shedding for 5 years and now all of a sudden it is impossible to make or receive calls or connect to the network.
I have also been registered for "Vodasure" insurance twice now without my consent. When I was told to direct my complaint to the complaints email address, I never heard back from them again.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM VODACOM.
