Vodacom: worst place to get your contracts cancelled. Be careful. At this rate you will take them to the grave, as they do not cancell contracts.

Reference: ***: I have been struggling for 5 months to get my contracts that was due for an upgrade cancelled. I have phoned in numerous times, escalated the queries. And still they transferred one contract to pre-paid ( at an addisional cost mind you) the other contract still being billed. I was now billed for both these contracts which I explicitly said to cancell. They are quick to sell contracts but have no problem placing people in more financial distress even though all relevant steps have been followed. This has been going on for 5 months now. Conveniently none of the escalation e-mails work. I WANT A MANAGER OF SOMEONE HIGHER UP TO CONTACT ME URGENTLY AND GET THIS SORTED OUT!!
