Vodacom worst network service provider

Vodacom is the worst network provider I have been a customer of vodacom for years my partner passed on and my contract was on My partners name , vodacom completely deleted my number from their system and this number has been running for years on red VIP yet I have called so many times and I even went to two vodacom branches durban Gateway and hillcrest Store I also tried to fill out transfer of ownership which wasn't possible because the number is out of their system. It's so sickening cause no one knows what's going on even the call center has no answers .
