Vodacom WORST network provider

Vodacom has the worst horrible customer service around country. It runs its business like con-artists who refuse to engage with their customers due to *******s to their own clients. I cannit receive any messages on my phone & tried to restore settings & even went for repairs but no luck. I was told the problem is with my service provider i should contact it then my problem will be resolved. But i can't even get a consultant over the phone, it all self-service & voice prompt that don't get you anywhere. Extremely disappointed I'm migrating to alternative network provider.
