Vodacom worst network provider

my second complain to hello peter about vodacom this month and to this day no one has made contact. Some stupid vodacom agent added a 3 gig to my router line which I never requested for cause first of all i have reported the router ****** so why would I want more data on it? Then I was promised a refund which never happened and today when I received my statement the 3 added gig is still there. Vodacom I will not pay you for something I never requested for
