VODACOM WORST NETWORK EVER AND CALL CENTRE AGENT HAVE ATTITUDE

Your call centre agent need tp respect people i called on thursday i had 1GB that wasnot working the lady says i must stwitch my phone off which i did but the data didnt work she said she is opening the query which she didnt,i waited the whole day i didnt get the reference no i had to call on friday i was told no query was open but they can see i call on thursday and the lady i called on friday trued to open a query and now i got a message that my query is closed
