Vodacom - Worst network EVER!

<p>I keep hearing of how Vodacom is gone ridiculously expensive and how many people change networks because they are just pathetic with their service. Well now I DO INDEED believe them. I am a Customer with them since they launched, but NEVER do I ever receive any promotional gifts etc. One would think they would treat their long standing customers like gold, yet they continue to disappoint me...I actually got tired of calling their call centre trying to find out how my data gets finish so quickly when I hardly even use it... I only really use it for facebook or wattsap and not even ALL day. I could understand if I stayed downloading apps...well my data depletes magically. I even removed all the games fom my phone according to the advise they gave me at one time....still my data runs out as if someone else is *****ing it from another line. Instead of them being pro-active and pulling a database of all their long standing customers and try to offer them the double data benefit like other networks - NO I have to buy their EXPENSIVE 1 gig every month and still the day before it supposed to expire it miraculosuly runs out the day BEFORE expiry...how because it supposed to run from date-date eg. (25/05/17 to 25/06/17). So now I loaded 100mb yesterday and tried to update my Facebook app, it suddenly depleted and again today I loaded 30mb trying to continue to update my Facebook app, again it depleted and still used up all of my airtime...How???? Well, Vodacom I am so done with you, I will DEFINETLY be changing my network end of this month.</p>
