Vodacom Worst network ever ...

Vodacom has given me the run around for the past 3months,i have been unable to use my phone ,,no incoming or outgoing calls, the error is "not registered on the network..i have visited the store in mimosa over 6 times..."no sir, please do a sim swap, please restart every hour, do a price plan change and lastly ,we will log a call with IT...I mean I have had the number since 2003 and have been nothing but faithful to the brand..I'm sad given that I may need to part on such terms
