VODACOM WORST NETWORK

VODACOM has become the worst service provider that does not care about its clients. I have a data contract with vodacom whereby the data is credited on the router number they provided. I gave the router to my mom, a pensioner, to always have internet access. But what does Vodacom do... they now went and stopped crediting the router and have now started crediting my phone number - why and for what? I do not know - you call, no one picks up and the voice note does not even give an option of callback instead you are directed to a robot that give general answers and still does not assist... What a waste - now I'm stuck with data I do not need and having to spend more for my mom to have data in order to keep in touch with her. I am definitely cutting ties with these guys. Worst service ever!!!
