Vodacom - Worst Mobile Network 2024

I have been with Vodacom for the past 20 years. Vodacom was the best mobile operator in the country. It has now gone from the very best to the worst. I have had poor Network issues for the past few months. The network fails and I am not able to make or receive calls. I logged a few faults with Vodacom and it was closed without being resolved as they could not contact me. I should not have upgraded my contracts with them as it is a waste of my money.
