VODACOM WORST IN THE UNIVERSE

Vodacom fibre must, no IS the worst fibre service provider in the universe. At least 20 to 50 hours a month I will have no internet, and if you phone, all you get is the technicians are working on it. I run a small business from home, and every time the internet goes off I lose income, but Vodacom does not care. If you apply for credit for downtime, nothing happens. I cannot profe it but the last time a technician was at my place, a brand new Samsung A32 went missing, I did not even open it yet, but as I said I don't have proof it was the technician that took it, it is just funny, that when he left, the phone was gone. I contacted Vodacome, and all they said is if I cannot prove it was the technician that took it, there's nothing they can do
