Vodacom worst customer service in South Africa

On 17 May 2018 I received a call from Vodacom to update my contract that expired on 27 April 2018. The agent's name was Rachelle. She offered me a very good contract. I decided on the P10 lite. I did not want to pay alot more for the contract. On 21 May a P Smart phone was delivered to me? I immediately called Vodacom to arrange for a pick up and correct delivery of the cel I decided on. This is were my problems started.... I was quickly told the agent selected the wrong phone on the system and now my contract is much higher than agreed upon. I specifically told I do not want the P Smart. I want the phone and contract that I agreed upon. I spoke to several so called supervisors in mean time. Every time you phone, nobody knows the person you talked to previously. I have several names and dates that I called. When I eventually do get through to a person that I previously talked to, I just get told it is at the Admin dept. They did their part or beter still, they will investigate and call me back in 10minutes. I even had a supervisor telling me that he will email me the pick up nr that I should give to Ram couriers. His contact details will be on the email. That was n week ago. I did not receive any emails . He even told me that on the 7 th of each month the new specials for the month comes out! I might even get a beter deal? Today I contacted Vodacom for the 12th time. I got to speak with 'supervisor' David, that promised me on 1 June, to phone me back in 10minutes. He made the same promise today and guess what..... he did not call me. He even gave me his personal cel nr. I phoned him 2x on his cel and guess what. ...? Voicemail! I phoned Vodacom yet again and left a urgent message for David. No return call came. Please help me!!! What on earth am I suppose to do to get this unwanted, more expensive phone returned?
