Vodacom worst customer service ever!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I have been a contract customer for many many years. And recently wanted to add a wifi device for my home. After battling for a week to get any type of answer or response or even a call back, i gave up. took me 25 min at cell c and my device and contract was approved and ready. You really need to go for training at Cell C clearly they can teach you a few things. My next mission is to move my cell phone contract to Cell C.
