Vodacom worst customer service

Vodacom does not even deserve a one star rating ,feels if i'm having a heart attack just thinking that i have to deal with the company with the worst(By Far) customer service i have ever dealt with in my life ,Took me over a year to get a contract cancelled that was in 2019 now apparently i have a very small outstanding amount (Less Than R500.00) probably going to take me another year to get that sorted out
