Bad service from Vodacom

I ordered an iPhone 16 online on 01 April 2026 I was informed the phone will be delivered 3-5 days

I never received the phone as per consultant , on the 06 April 2026 I contacted Vodacom and was told Vodacom is expecting 200 phone on the 10/04/2026 I must be patient I will receive my phone on the 13/04/2026

Today its the 13th April 2026 I contacted Vodacom to do a follow up and was informed Yes the stock was received on 10/04/2026 BUT I will not be receiving the phone I must wait for end of April 2026 to receive my order
