Vodacom worst company on earth

Vodacom must be the worst and most *********** company i have had to deal with in years ,i have 2 Data contracts that have expired and want them cancelled 1) You follow their online system then you get a reply that the numbers don't exist 2) after how many emails to the customer care the contract is still running 3) do not even try the call center if you eventually get helped after hours of trying it sounds like a taxi rank with all the background noise you cannot hear a word
