VODACOM WORST COMPANY EVER

VODACOM WORST SERVICE EVER... I would never recommend Vodacom to anybody, My contract finished on the 27 of January 2021 if am not mistaken, and I did not get any sms from them saying that my contract is finished or should I wish to Upgrade. I tried to call on February after 15th to cancel my contract then they told me It’s late I should phone before 15th; I did phone early March before 15th to cancel. They said I will receive a sms to confirm my cancellation, I haven’t received it even today.I tried to call again on friday 09th they told me same story, but they busy deducting my money every month end.
