Vodacom worse than telkom

So Vodacom keep sending me an automated reply and no one is calling me back. This is the worst service i have ever recieved. Im trying not to be rude to the call center agents because its not their fault but its really getting frustrating so please can some one do their job and call me. All you guys have to do is tell me when you going to come install my fibre that should have been done two months ago
