Vodacom, worse than Telkom.

<p>We've been on hold with vodacom customer care for 20 min now to block and cancel a contract for a phone that was just ******. this is the worst service ever, even worse than Telkom and that says something. Can you not employ enough people to help your customers especially in a case where steps need to be taken quickly. My mother was ****** by gunpoint and now this situation has added to the stress of the situation. It's a shame that in a first world country the service is so terrible.</p> <p> </p> <p>To add to things, when we phoned, after being on hold for 20 min, it tells us that the reason we've been on hold is because of our language option (afrikaans) had a longer wait time. Could you not at least tell people earlier in the call that they should switch to another language instead of having us wait for 25 min. What? is it only one afrikaans speaking consultant that is on call. Seems ridiculous.</p>
