Vodacom worse service - frustrating to the core

Wow seriously to show that vodacom doesnt care about their clients at all - I write my complain about them and all they can say to resolve my problem is good luck with getting a better business deal out there and I should tell them about their service after getting it however they not saying anything regarding my issue which it's important to me as I want solution and my data. Poor service, it's frustrating as I have been with them for 8years and all they can say is tell us when you have got a better business deal not resolving my problem. Shocking how they treat they clients wow.
