Vodacom worse service ever

Vodacom SA has the worst service ever for years we have been complaining about the lack of signal in our area and they honestly just don't care. It is so bad we can't make or receive calls till we are over 1KM away from our house and this was never the case previously it has just got worse over the years. I am in a wheelchair and now Vodacom expects me to go over 1KM up the road everytime I want to make or receive a call. They say the will investigate and never do we have even reported them to IICCASA which was honestly a total waste of time. Yet every month the bill shows up charging us a contract fee for airtime we can't even use, just ******** we pay for a service we are not provided with just disgusting Vodacom you should be ashamed.
