Vodacom worse network provider

I am sick and tired of Vodacom, I have been complaining to them about the wifi rooster device that has not been working and they can't resolve it, I've been paying them with no fail, and had to buy data aside on top of that so I can have data, they fail to resolve the matter!!! Vodacom I pay you every month for a device that doesn't work and you take it lightly.
