Vodacom works in Silo's

<p>I have had a relationship with Vodacom for nearly 7 years but every time i need anything additional there is the run around. My fone screen broke and I logged a call I was told 10 days I was never fully informed on the stipulations of the 7 days waiting period, one consultant says this whilst another says that and at the end of the day we still have an unresolved query, please can you let me know can you or can you not fix my fone</p> <p> </p>
