Vodacom working with ********

Elite Mobile and Vodacom are nothing but a huge ****. I recently took up a contract with them. After getting the product I realised that it's not the correct product that I wanted. I called the following day to cancel my contract, I was told that the product will be collected within 14 days. On the 9th day, i called to check when it will be collected and got told that it's still within the 14days window period. on the 15th day, i called and was told I was told that it will be collected within 24hours.

a few days before the lockdown started I again called and was told it will be collected before the lockdown. I tried calling the end of March and got a voicemail machine from the company. I emailed customer support got assisted by Mandla Lennon Njoko from Elite Mobile who told me that the matter has been escalated and will be resolved soon but to this day it has not been resolved.

This back and forth nonsense has been going on for 4 months now and with that being said, I have been billed by Vodacom on a monthly basis for a problem that I have been trying to resolve for months. Their product is still in its original packaging sealed and untouched.
