Vodacom wont replace out of box faulty phone

Vodacom's out of box fault exchange policy is false. I got contract 2 months ago. Returned it within 7days, but they didnt replace it. The phone switches on and off by itself. They send it away for testing and came back with 'no fault found'. I received the phone back and with the first use it still does the same. Switches on and off by itself. Took phone back again and every time you have to go stand inside the shop for long periods of time before you get helped. This time they said they are going to repair it. My question was, what are they going to repair if their report says no fault found? And a repair for an obf? A couple emails later from the consultant to the vodacom centre they said they did a software update now and I must come collect the phone again. I got my phone back again now, its got scratches on the screen and a small drop mark at the bottom. I pointed it out to the consultant and she said it must be from sending it up and down the whole time. If this is the kind of service I get from vodacom then I wont take out any other contracts through them. Im going to cancel all my contracts I have with them and switch to a new service provider.

Reviewer Update
The response I received from Vodacom is that there are procedures that must be followed with regards to the obf and that someone from the repair team will contact me about the damage to the phone. Gave the same scripted feedback as the consultant
