Vodacom wont remove me off ITC

My contract fell behind. I had to pay a Lawyer, Hammond Pool. I paid lawyer in FULL... I received letter proving I paid up in full. I was told to call *** for legal. That number redirects you back to callcentre. When i tell call center i want to clear my name off ITC they transfer me to ***, creating a loop. Fedup i tried online chat with a consultant who advised me to mail Retentions Upgrades and Cancellations Admin Team, which i did. they responded to mail with a reference number of EC-0WEX-2PXS8J on July the 9th. Today is the 23rd of July. I pulled a credit report and IM STILL LISTED AS A NON PAYER. I physically cannot get hold of a legal department member, I keep getting transferred to Call centre staff and they know NOTHING! FIX IT VODACOM
