Vodacom WON'T let go!
Hi, I have been trying for 7 months to cancel 2 x "Pay as you go" numbers. The contracts were long done and I had to give a month's notice, which I did.
I cancelled at the Cresta Branch, and then subsequently returned 8 times as the cancellation did not happen. The Store manager himself sent the cancellation order, yet still it was not cancelled. He eventually gave up and suggested I visit Voda World, which I did, and AGAIN cancelled the numbers.
2 months later I am still being billed for the lines that have not been used since May 2019.
PLEASE PLEASE HELP.
Regards Paulo

23 Jan 2020, 09:11STILL NO ACTION FROM VODACOM
I got a message from Vodacom saying they would be in contact "in due course" at 15h35 on the 20th Jan, Its now the 23rd Jan, still no contact. However, I'm getting calls regarding the "outstanding payments" with all sorts of legal threats.
I am desperate
