odacom Won't Honor Deal Due to lack of Customer service I've been requesting call me back assistance for a week now regarding an IPad 10.9 10th generation contract. On Monday 4 Dec, a vodacom consultant called me, instead of advising what was available for contract, she told me she would check and call back. Never heard from her again. After making many more requests for a call back, another vodacom consultant called me on Wednesday 6 Dec 2023. She provided me with the information but unfortunately it was extremely busy and asked if she could call me back after 3pm to complete the application..... To date nothing. Yesterday I tried again, apparently the pricing changed and nobody will assist because customer service is not an option at vodacom??? Isn't integrity something a service provider should offer. SO WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

So I finally got a call from vodacom. The person who called me seems to be in such a laxy daisy state. No effort whatsoever to resolve my issue. Why would I complain if there was a similar offer available. He starts referring to a 64gig ipad.... No care in the world clearly

This has to be the joke of the century. Why won't vodacom keep to their word and honor the offer. I had a consultant call me last week and say he can't find deal, there is no stock.... Blah blah blah.
I requested that he go listen to the call recordings to my number. Somehow the call cut and nobody bothered to call me back.
