Vodacom won't help you against *****sters

Had a sketchy call from *** claiming to be Vodacom. They said someone requested a sim swap for my number. I hung up when they asked how long I'd been using the number, and because they spoke Zulu, not English. Tried to report it to Vodacom, but their system is super unhelpful - just automated responses and self-service options. Can't seem to get human assistance. Disappointing experience, especially when you're dealing with potential *****.
