Vodacom wont help me pay a less amount
Iam currently unemployed and my contract wasnt renewed due to covid-19 and lockdown..so we were let go since April.I tried to negotiate with Vodacom to pay a less amount for my installments as i wont be able able to pay R358 anymore.Iam on arreas right now because I didnt pay for the past three months and I wont be able to pay still until i am employed again.Please help me negotiate with Vodacom for a better payment plan.
