Vodacom won't cancel a deceased person's contract

Horrible customer service. It's easy to open a contract, they'll even let you open a contract via ***eon mail but when it comes to cancelling one, God himself cannot get a contract cancelled. My mom passed away about a week ago and she had multiple contracts with vodacom. After visiting the branch and calling customer care, the one just tells me to contact the other. Even after the contract holder has passed away and I've provided them with the death certificate, they still giving me the run around and are not cancelling the contract. Not only does it show lack of campassion but it shows that profit is more important to you than the wellbeing of your customers. As if the journey of watching my mom die wasn't stressful enough, now I need to worry about debit orders for a deceased person. Absolute bull**** of a service provider
