vodacom won't transfer airtime to another vodacom

My daughter has a vodacom contract. Her dad was supposed to switch this to prepaid at the beginning of may. Assuming he did this, I transferred airtime of R55 and R12 on 04/05. I again transferred the same amounts on 30/05. Her phone is now blocked. After 6 tries to get through to vodacom, I was told by tracy npela that vodacom won't transfer this airtime to another vodacom prepaid number. So basically vodacom has *****ed me out of 134 and they expect me to accept this *******. We should boycott this company. Have to wonder what ******** vodacom will come up with after this!!!
