Vodacom wireless air PLEASE stay far away from this

So it has been another week since my last post and guess what? Vodacom business wireless air still not working ping sky high download and upload not wat it should be. All I get from the support is "We will escalate." Please don't sign up for wireless air. It is a shame that I can't attach screenshots. I will have to go to twitter and facebook next.
